UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has drawn our attention to the cross examination of DW-1. He argues that DW-1 had not only made contradictory statement, he had even stated that he had no objection in partitioning the property of 27 cents after excluding the house in which he is residing and the house of Valsala.

Issue notice in the special leave petition, on the prayer for stay as well as in the application for condonation of delay in filing the special leave petition.
