Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the impugned order(s), we see no reason to interfere.

However, considering the fact the petitioner will have to make alternate arrangement and shift to another premises, we grant time to the petitioner till 31.12.2023 to vacate and handover vacant possession of the premises in question subject to usual undertaking being filed in the Registry within three weeks from this day.
