Respondent No. 3 has already filed the counter affidavit. The Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

The office report indicates that the certificate of service of notice sent to the respondent No. 2 has not been received from the concerned Court as yet. A reminder shall be issued.

Respondent No. 1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
