Respondent No.5 has filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit. It is submitted that the petitioner in the connected matter is respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 propose to appear through Mr. Pranab Kumar Malik. The remaining respondents are awaited return of notice. Served respondents are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit and Vakalatnama.
