UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General, appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Dr. A.M. Singhvi, learned Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of Respondent no. 1 (IDBI Bank Ltd.), we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request made by Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General, we grant further eight weeks' time to the petitioner to comply with the interim order passed by the High Court.

The petitioner shall comply with the impugned order passed by the High Court within a period of eight weeks from today without fail.

With this, the present Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
