UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Heard Mr. Vivek Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The counsel submits that earlier the respondent (husband) was bearing the educational expenses of both the children but after the petitioner (wife) had to move out of the matrimonial home on suffering cruelty, the entire burden of raising the children who are studying in Class X and Class XII respectively, has fallen on the It is further pointed out that the respondent is mother.
