The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 13th July, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Await service in respect of respondent Nos. 2(i) to (v). Counter affidavit in respect of other respondent have not yet been filed. Right to file the Counter Affidavit is closed. Post the matter again on 23.9.2015."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 2 (i) to 2(v) was issued on 8 th April, 2015. A period of more than thirty days has already elapsed from the dated of issue of the notice by registered post, but neither A. D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from the Respondent Nos.2 (i) to 2(v) so far.

It is further submitted that there are total 13 common Respondent in the matter above-mentioned. Mr. Liz Mathew, Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 8 and 10 to 13 and Mr. B. Ramana Murthy, Counsel for Respondent No. 9 have not filed counter affidavit so far and their right to file counter-affidavit has already been closed vide Ld. Registrar Court order dated 13th July, 2015.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2(i) to 2(v).

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
