UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Pursuant to our order dated 22nd September, 2021, Mr. Manish Kumar Singh, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner appears before this Court through video conferencing.
As prayed, three weeks' time is granted to prepare/calculate the amount in relation to the Provident Fund dues of the workers of the Jaipur Udyog Limited, Rajasthan Unit.
Learned counsel for respondent No.6 to circulate the proposal for settlement during the course of the day after serving its copy on the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent-State of Rajasthan.
