Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for deleting respondent Nos.22, 26 and 29 from the array of parties, since no relief is claimed against the said respondents.
The application for deletion of respondent Nos.22, 26 and 29 is allowed at the risk of the petitioners.

On the oral prayer, delay of 38 days in filing fresh particulars in respect of respondent Nos.5 and 13 is condoned.
