UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner in both matters, respondent No.2 in SLP(C) No. 21654 and respondent Nos. 1,2,4 and 8 in SLP(C) No. 21655 of 2010 are present. According to office report, petitioner has not taken steps against respondent Nos. 6 and 9 respectively. He is granted three weeks' time to do the needful. Office report further says that in SLP(C) No. 21654/2010 in the application filed by the petitioner to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 there is some defect in the form of non-filing of consequential applications. Petitioner, if so desires to do so, has to file necessary application. Finally, two weeks' time is granted. List again on 2.11.2011. (H.B. PRABHAKARA SASTRY)
