UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 in SLP(C) No.21654/2010 and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 8 in SLP(C) No.21655/2010 is present. She seeks four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Time, as prayed for, is granted to her. Item No.53 -2- Fresh steps for confirming service of the

respondent Nos.4, 6 and 7 in SLP(C) No.21654/2010 and respondent Nos.9 and 10 in SLP(C) No.21655/2010 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner through registered post within a week's time, failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not filed the application for substitution to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No.21654/2010. Learned counsel seeks four weeks' time to do so. Time, as prayed for, is granted to him. In case any such application is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period stipulated above, in that event the same shall be placed for orders before the Ld.Registrar (Judl.) supervising the working of Section IVB.
