Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take appropriate steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1.
Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 has stated that he has not received the copies of the pleadings so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish the copies of the pleadings within a week's time without any fail.
Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 seeks six weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Time, as prayed for, is granted to him.
Fresh steps for confirming service on the unserved respondent Nos.4, 6 and 7 in SLP(C) No.21654/2010 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
