The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 9 th May, 2014 when the court was pleased to pass the following order :
"Notices be re issued to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on frunishing their fresh complete addressed within three weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to usual mode.
List again on 29.8.2014."
