Mr. Amir Arsiwala, learned AOR accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1. Let counter affidavit be filed within a period of four weeks.

There shall be stay on the award passed by the Reference Court alone.

Thus, we make it clear that the respondents shall be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited, pursuant to the award passed by the Land Acquisition Officer as it is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners that the entire amount has been deposited with the Collector.

The said amount can be withdrawn without prejudice to the contention made in the Special Leave Petitions before us. In case any amount either partially or full is not deposited, the same has to be paid by the petitioner to the respondents within a period of six weeks from today.
