The office report indicates that the Respondent Nos.1 to 6, 10 to 15, 17 to 21, 23 to 25 and 27 have already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 7 to 9, 16 and 22 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of three weeks,as a last chance file the fresh particulars of the Respondent No.26 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

The office report indicates that the Respondent Nos.1 to 5, 7 and 8 have already filed the counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 10 to 15 already submitted that they do not wish to file counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks,as a last chance file the fresh particulars of the Respondent Nos. 6 and 9 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
