control, they could not file counter affidavit within the given time, however, they would be filing the same in the course of the day and same may be accepted. Prayer is considered and allowed.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.26 has left the job as well as the country and accordingly, they may be granted time to take appropriate steps in the matter. Prayer is considered and allowed. Time of two weeks is granted to take fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars in that regard.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 7 to 9, 16 and 22 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos. 1 to 5, 7 and 8 have filed counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel for impleaded respondent nos. 10 to 15 submits that they do not wish to file counter affidavit. Submission is taken on record.
