UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.3, 5 and 6 submits that copy of pleadings has not been served upon him. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of pleadings within one week. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.10 to 15, 17 to 21, 23 to 25 and 27 for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 16 and 22 but none has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service on respondent Nos.7 and 26 within two weeks.
