UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the $\mathbf{1}$

parties, we are of the considered opinion that the impugned order does not warrant any interference under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

2. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

3. However, it is left open to the petitioners to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of eight weeks from today. All contentions by the parties are left open to be raised in the proceedings, if any, initiated before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

4. The Trial Court shall decide the injunction application, if any, on its own merits without being influenced by any of the observations made in these proceedings.

5. Status quo in respect of the possession over the land in dispute shall be maintained by the parties for a period of eight weeks.
