UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in respect of Survey No. 17 in Village Nanamava, the petitioner is in physical possession of 34702 Sq. Mt. of land but with regard to Survey No. 59 in the same village, the petitioner is in possession of about 9000 Sq. Mt. An area of about 10,000 Sq. Mt. is physically with the society which has made some construction

thereon.

Issue notice with regard to the physical possession of Survey No.17 and a part of Survey No.59 in Village Nanamava.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

The parties will maintain status quo as it exists today.
