UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties and after carefully perusing the material placed on record, the interim Order dated 11072022 passed by this Court staying further proceedings, is vacated.

The Civil Court at Sanga Reddy District, Telangana shall now proceed with the matter and if the arguments are already over, let the order be pronounced within a period of one week from the date of communication of a copy of this Order.

Post the matter for hearing on 24012023.
