Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 3 and 5 to 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that he has moved application for direction which needs to be listed urgently as the next date of listing before the Trial Court is 1.11.2022 and <sup>nath</sup> matter may be mentioned in this regard before the Hon'ble However, for completion of pleadings Four weeks time, as $c$ furt. last chance is granted to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to file the counter affidavit.
Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.6. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
After expiry of four weeks, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court with detailed office report.
