It is also submitted that Mr. C. S. N. Mohan Rao, Advocate has on 18th September, 2015 filed counter affidavit and the same is included in paper books.
SLP(C) No. 20507-20508 of 2015
The matters above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th July, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :-
"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within four weeks. There shall be stay of operation of impugned order and further proceedings in CC No. 2172/2013 in WVMP No. 1516/2013 in WPMW No. 41121 of 2010 in WP No. 22954/2008 pending before the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad. Tag with SLP (C) No. 19-20/2014."
Accordingly notice issued on 7 th August, 2015, there are two respondents in each SLP. Mr. C.S.N. Mohan Rao, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1, but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 in both SLPs but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.
Service is complete.
