The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 05th December, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Appeal No. 1590 of 2014 and Writ Petition No. 22954 of 2008. There is delay of 109 days in filing SLP and counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the Petitioner has on 10th July, 2015 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents and the same is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 5145-5152 of 2015 arising out of common relied upon order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th February, 2015 when Hon'ble Court pleased to direct issue notice returnable in six weeks and tag with SLP (C) Nos. 19-20 of 2014. The matter is listed before Hon'ble Court on 16th July, 2015, Court No.- 10, Item No.-3 (copy of record of proceedings dated 20th February, 2015 is enclosed herewith).

The aforesaid matters alongwith applications are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
