UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
- Apart from the fact that there is a delay of 476 days in filing the Special Leave Petition against the impugned order dated 7-7-2022, 415 days in filing the Special Leave Petition against the some impugned order dated 6-9-2022 and 9 days in refiling the Special site in a single way on the special Leave Petitions being S.L.P. (Civil) Diary No.36305/2022, arising out of common impugned Judgment of the High Court, has already been dismissed as withdrawn on 2-1-2023, it appears that there is no clarity as to whether any
SLP has been filed in respect of common impugned order dated 7-7-2022, arising out of the main R.F.A. No.11/2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to clarify the position and also verify the status of each of the petitioners in the SLPs.
