UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C) No. 14331-14341/2023
I.A. No. 227205/2023 seeking dispensing with service of notice on proforma respondent No.5 in SLP (C)No. 14333/2023 and proforma respondent Nos. 5,6 & 7 in SLP ( C)No. 14338/2023 on the ground that the said respondents are proforma respondents and the petitioner is not claiming any relief against them.
Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has no objection.
Considering the fact situation, I.A. No. 227205/2023 is allowed and service of notice on the above referred respondents in the concerned special leave petitions stand dispensed with till any other order is passed in the matter.
