It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate on 21.08.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 16.05.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 13448 of 2012(O&M).

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 16.05.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 14 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar I-B on 14.10.2014.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 22342 of 2014 Entitled Finance Secretary, Ut Chandigarh And Ors. Versus Ajay Kumar arising out of common followed Judgment was directed on 17.09.2014 by Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai and Hon'ble Mr. Justice N.V. Ramana. SLP is pending.(Copy of order dated 17.09.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 22530 of 2014 Entitled Finance Secretary, Ut Chandigarh And Ors Versus Prem Lata relied upon Judgment was dismissed on 01.09.2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai and Hon'ble Mr. Justice N. V. Ramana(Copy of order dated

01.09.2014 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
