1 Mr P V Dinesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Guruvayoor Devaswom Managing Committee, which has moved the Miscellaneous Application, states that in terms of the order dated 18 August 2020, the benefits due to the first respondent have to be paid within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the order. Learned counsel states that the Committee is complying with the order and, as of date, the pension book has been duly received. He has requested that the first respondent should cooperate with the Committee by completing necessary formalities to facilitate the disbursement of the dues.
