The matters have been filed by Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioners abovenamed against the Judgment and Order dated the 4th March, 2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 1368 and 856 of 2015, Criminal Appeal Nos.4395 of 2015, Criminal Writ Petition No.1186 of 2014, Criminal Appeal Nos.2271 and 615 of 2014, Criminal Writ Petition No.1027 of 2015, Criminal Appeal No.1369 of 2014, Criminal Writ Petition No.1992 of 2014 and Criminal Appeal No.4517 of 2015.
It is submitted that all the matters abovementioned are tagged with SLP(Crl.) No.4475 of 2016 as all are arising out of the common order.
It is further submitted that in SLP(Crl.) No.4486 of 2016, Counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 7th June, 2016 regarding nonfiling of Government Notification dated 18th July, 2013 and 17th July, 2015 mentioned in the impugned order.(Copy of letter dated 7th June, 2016 has already been included in the paper books at page no.109.
It is lastly submitted that in SLP(Crl.) No.4499 of 2016, Counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 8th June, 2016 regarding nonfiling of Government Notification dated 15th May, 2014 mentioned in the impugned order.(Copy of letter dated 7th June, 2016 has already been included in the paper books at page no.121.
The matters abovementioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
