It is submitted that Counsel for respondent No. 17 has not filed proof of service of counter affidavit. Mr. Devesh Kumar, Counsel for respondent No. 10 has on 26.11.14 filed counter affidavit but the same is defective as the copy is not served to the appellant and Counsel for the respondents. Certificate of service in respect of respondent no. 2 to 4, 6, 8 ,11 to 14,16 and Original record are still awaited from the Tribunal. Hence Service is incomplete in respect of respondent no. 2 to 4, 6, 8 ,11 to 14 and 16.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
