The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 8 and 9 is present. Time is requested for filing vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

Counter affidavit of respondent No.5 has been filed but the same is defective. The ld. Counsel for the respondent No.5 to cure the defects.
