The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on

21st September, 2015, when the Ld. Registrar was pleased to pass the following Order :

"The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 2 to 15 in SLP (C) No. 17004/2015. Respondent No. 1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated in the order dated 7.8.2015 of the Hon'ble Court. List again on 4.12.2015."

It is submitted that in view of Order dated 21st September, 2015, Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed affidavit of service in respect of notice issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 15 in SLP No. 17004 of 2015.

Service in respect of sole respondent is complete in SLP No. 17003 of 2015.

Service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 15 in SLP No. 17004 of 2015 is still awaited. However, Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of Union of India, ie. Respondent No. 15 in SLP No. 17004 of 2015, but he has not filed vakalatnama, so far.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report. DATED THIS THE 1st DAY OF DECEMBER, 2015.
