It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. R.C. Kohli, Advocate on 12.04.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 3322, 4211, 4662, 5495 of 2010 (O&M), 7691, 7698, 7699, 7706, 7707, 7709, 7710, 7719, 7726, 7727, 7728, 7735, 7736, 7741, 7744, 7745, 7748, 7756, 7757, 7758, 7760, 7761, 7762, 7772, 7779, 7780, 7781, 7783, 7785, 7787, 7793, 7794, 7796, 7798, 7799, 7801 of 2011 (O & M), 156, 159, 161, 167, 170, 175, 176, 177, 180, 426, 427, 550, 1193 of 2012 (O & M) and 4656 of 2014 (O & M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition and deletion of the Respondent from array of parties in the instant matter.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 7691 of 2011 namely Dharam Singh, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 7699 of 2011 namely Pyarelal, Appellant No. 2 in RFA No. 7706 of 2011 namely Ram Kanwar, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 7736 of 2011 namely Sona Devi, Appellant No. 4 in RFA No. 7756 of 2011 namely Dharambir, Appellant No. 2 in RFA No. 7757 of 2011 namely Ram Kumar, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 7760 of 2011 namely Phool Wati, Appellant No. 2 in RFA No.7781 of 2011 namely Hukam Singh @ Hukam Chand, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 7796 of 2011 namely Sat Pal, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 161 of 2012 namely Krishan Kumar, Appellant No.3 in RFA No. 170 of 2012 namely Amar Singh, Appellant No. 24 in RFA NO. 170 of 2012 namely Karan Singh, Appellant No. 7 in RFA No. 176 of 2012 namely Maya Ram and Appellant No. 14 in RFA No. 427 of 2012 namely Yogesh Kumar which are barred by time by 675, 1076, 885, 40, 902, 632, 258, 54, 1072, 165, 1413, 722, 229 days respectively except Appellant No. 7 in RFA No. 176 of 2012 namely Maya Ram and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 in RFA Nos. 5495 of 2010 (O & M) and 4656 of 2014 (O & M) are barred by time by 27 & 9 days respectively and rest of matters are within time. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos.1427714327 of 2016 @ CC Nos. 89979047 of 2016 Entitled Rambir & Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. Etc. Etc arising out of common Order was directed on 06.05.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 06.05.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
