  • 1 We are not inclined to interfere with the order allowing the application for amendment.
  • 2 The High Court also posted MAC No 166/2023/F for further consideration on 20 April 2023. This application, the Court is informed, is an application moved by the petitioner for modification of the order of interim injunction restraining the petitioner from proceeding further.
  • 3 Since the application for modification of the order dated 11 September 2019 is still pending consideration before the High Court, we request the High Court to take it up with all reasonable expedition and to endeavour to dispose of the application within a period of a month from the date on which a certified copy of this order is placed before it.
  • 4 Subject to the aforesaid, the Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
