UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No.17073/2015 and respondent No.5 in SLP(C) No.17074/2015 for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent No.4 in both the petitions to cure the defects in the counter affidavit within two weeks.

None appears for respondent No.6 in all the petitions, pite due service.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.2 (common) for filing counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for service of respondent No.3 in all the petitions be taken within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued.
