The matters above mentioned have been filed by Mr. Rajesh Goyal, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 22.12.2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Crl. It is lastly submitted that Ms. G. Indira, Advocate has on 13.07.2016 filed caveat with memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2 in SLP(Crl.)No. 5045 of 2016.
