The matter above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 10th July, 2014 when the following order was passed:
"The served respondents in all the matters shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of six weeks.
The learned counsel for the petitioners in each incomplete matter shall take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents detailed in the Office Report dated 9.7.2014. They shall do the needful within a period of three weeks', failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date. They are exempted from filing the copies of the SLP.
The office report further indicates that the sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 20776/2013, sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 33916/2013 and respondent No.1 SLP(C) No. 4575/2014 have expired.The respective petitioners in these matters are directed to take steps to bring on record their Lrs. within a period of three weeks.
The office report further is that the notice issued to the sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 20808/2013 has been returned unserved with the postal remarks "Incomplete Address". The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and the requisites for the service of notice to him within a period of three weeks', failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date.
