It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the Judgment and Order dated 16th July, 2013 of the High Court of Allahabad in WT No. 1004 of 2008 and is barred by time by 123 days. The Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay refiling the Special Leave Petition after curing the defects which is barred by time by 47 days.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition No @ C.C No. 1330 of 2014 entitled "U.O.I.& ANR. Vs M/S JAI GURU JEWELLERS" arising from a common order and yet to be listed due to undertaking.

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Report.
