For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice regarding delay and SLP.
We find that inspite of our previous orders in other matters arising from the order dated 7.8.2009 and followed cases, even though the matter involves only a pure legal issue, the petitioner continues to file individual special leave petitions of more than 300 pages instead of filing one single batch of SLP with huge delay. The procedure adopted does not help anyone except helping the persons who prepare the paper books. Enormous time is wasted in considering each SLP (With application for condonation of delay) separately.
Finally Tag with SLP(C) No.19990 of 2010 and connected cases.
