As per office report, opportunity of respondent no.6 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. However, it has been submitted by the ld. Counsel that counter affidavit has been filed on 27.3.2025. Registry to verify and update the record. If filed be taken on record. Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to take fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent no.2.

Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr Udian Sharma has submitted that he is not entering appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3 in this matter, as submitted on the last date of hearing. Submission is taken on record.

As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent nos.5 and 6 despite last opportunity having been granted. However, it has been submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that an application seeking deletion of the names of

respondent nos. 5 and 6 would be moved. Be filed within two weeks. If filed, process the same for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. However, if the same is not filed within the time granted, then too in default of not taking appropriate steps, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
