has already come on record.

Respondent nos. 6 and 8 are reported to be duly served but none appeared nor any steps taken on their behalf.

For respondent No.7, the ld. Counsel, Mr Jitender had accepted notice and undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit but till date no steps seems to have been taken by him. There is no appearance on behalf of respondent no.7. However, further necessary orders would be passed as and when other connected matters would become ready.
