It is submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 3974-4068 of 2016 @ SLP (C) Nos. 6219-6313 of 2016 arising out of common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th April, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 12th April, 2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that there was delay of 34 days in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by the Competent Authority.
