The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 3rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Karnataka at Bangaluru in Writ Petition Nos. 31191 of 2008 and 15432 of 2010. There is delay of 60 days in filing the SLPs.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 3974-4068 of 2016 @ SLP (C) Nos. 6219-6313 of 2016 arising out of common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th April, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 12th April, 2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 15030-15050 of 2016 arising out of common order are yet to be listed before the Hon'ble Court as Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed Proof of Service with regard to serving the copy of the SLP Paper Book on the Caveator so far.

It is again submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 25th May, 2016 filed a letter stating therein that copy of the Notifications dated 16.08.2008 and order dated 12.09.2008 as required by the Registry are already filed in the main matter in SLP (C) Nos. 6219-6313 of 2006. Hence, the defects pointed out by the Registry may be ignored. Copy of the letter dated 25th May, 2016 has already been placed at Page No. 470 of the Paper Book.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 23rd July, 2016 filed Demand Notice dated 02.03.2010 as per his letter of Undertaking dated 25th May, 2016. Copy of the Demand Notice dated 02.03.2010 has already been included in the Paper Books.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 25th Day of July, 2016.
