It is submitted that there are 18 respondents in the abovementioned matters. Notice of Lodgement and Petition of Appeal was issued by speed post on 22 nd July, 2016 and High Court on 25th July, 2016 for effecting service on Respondent Nos. 1 to 18. Service is awaited. Matters are incapable of valuation @ writ petition.

C.A. NO. 4929 OF 2016

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in the abovementioned matter. Notice of Lodgement and Petition of Appeal was issued by speed post on 22 nd July, 2016 to sole respondent and through High Court on 25th July, 2016 for effecting service on sole respondent. Service is awaited. Matter is incapable of valuation @ writ petition.

It is further submitted the abovementioned matters are listed before Hon'ble Court on 3rd August, 2016.
