The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 10th February, 2016 and 5th February, 2016 of the High Court of Karnataka at Bangaluru in Writ Petition Nos. 2943, 5728, 6147 of 2016 (GM-FOR) and 4524 of 2016 (GM-FOR) respectively. There is delay of 50 and 42 days in filing the SLP (C) CC No. 13388 and 13393 of 2016.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 3974-4068 of 2016 @ SLP (C) Nos. 6219-6313 of 2016 filed against order dated 3rd December, 2015 in W.P. No. 2642 of 2009 referred to as Annexure P-18 (Page Nos. 212 to 564 of the Paper Books) arising out of similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th April, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 12th April, 2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 30369 of 2009 referred to as Annexure P-13 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th November, 2009 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 30th November, 2009 is annexed as Annexure P-13 (Page Nos. 168-169) of the Paper Books.

It is again submitted that Special Leave Petition Nos. 7366-7367 of 2010 referred to on Annexure 'P-16' (Page Nos. 197 to 207) of the Paper Books were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd March, 2010 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 22nd March, 2010 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that SLP (C) No. 18665 of 2016, SLP (C) CC No. 13388 and 13393 of 2016 have been tagged with SLP (C) No. 18674 of 2016 as all are arising out of similar issue.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 19th Day of July, 2016.
