The matter above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 3rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Karnataka at Bangaluru in Writ Petition No. 16147 of 2010. There is delay of 58 days in filing the SLP.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 3974-4068 of 2016 @ SLP (C) Nos. 6219-6313 of 2016 arising out of same judgment were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th April, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 12th April, 2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitter that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 5th July, 2016 filed Additional Documents along with Application for permission to file Additional Documents. Copies of the said Documents are being circulated herewith.
