The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 8th December, 2015 in Writ Petition Nos. 23953 of 2015 (GM-FOR) etc.etc.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition Nos. 6219-6213 of 2016 arising out of relied upon judgment were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th March, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct to list the same on 12th April, 2016 and the same are pending for hearing. It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 7th April, 2016 filed Copies of the Final Demand Notice dated 9th June, 2015 and 15th June, 2015 as per her letter of Undertaking dated 29th March, 2016. Copies of the same have been included in the Paper Books.
