The Writ Petition along with application for stay above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice on the writ petition, as well as on the application for stay, returnable within two weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

It is submitted that pursuant to afore-said order, notice was issued to the sole respondent by speed post as well as dasti notice was handed over to the counsel for the petitioner for dasti service on 22.09.2016. Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, Advocate has on 27.10.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the sole respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that the matter abovementioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 24.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"On being mentioned by Mr. F.S. Nariman, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter is takin on Board. Let the matter be listed on 7.12.2016 for consideration of the interim relief."

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner has on 30.11.2016 filed an application for bringing on record additional documents and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 2 of 2016. (Copy of the said application is being circulated herewith).

Service of notice is complete.

The Writ Petition along with applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
