It is brought to the notice of this Court that the said petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.10 lakhs vide order dated 08.08.2022. As mutually agreed, the said amount is directed to be released in favour of respondent No. 3(Swami Rama Himalayan University) along with interest accrued.
