UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
With respect to 50 students of MBBS Course out of 100 students there is some dispute in the matter.
As the statement is made by Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the MCI that let the matter be heard in the month of July and in case the petitioner succeeds appropriate direction for admission with respect to 50 students can be issued as the admissions are to be made up to the end of August, 2019.
In view of the above statement, we list the case for hearing on 09.07.2019.
