"Heard Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Gopal Subramonium learned senior counsel and Dr. A.M. Singhvi, learned senior counsel for the respondents and Mr. Mariaputham, learned counsel for the State.

In our considered opinion, we would like to have the assistance of learned Attorney General for India. Ms. Asha Gopalan Nair, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India undertakes to inform the learned Attorney General for India.

List the matter on 04.08.2016."

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has on 26.08.2016 filed response to the affidavit filed by Union of India with the leave of Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated to the Court.

Thereafter the matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 16.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
